DMCA Policy

1. Overview

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), Reflexsat IPTV has adopted a policy for the removal of content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the procedure outlined below.

2. Our Role as a Service Provider

Reflexsat IPTV operates as a technology platform providing access to internet-based media streams. We do not host, produce, or own the content delivered through our service. Content is sourced from third-party providers and public broadcast streams. However, we take copyright concerns seriously and will act promptly upon receiving a valid notice.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent, and you believe content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include all of the following:

• Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The specific URL, channel name, or content identifier where the allegedly infringing material is located.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

4. Where to Send DMCA Notices

All DMCA takedown requests must be submitted in writing to our designated copyright agent:

Notices submitted through any other channel may not receive a timely response. We recommend email as the fastest and most reliable method.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content was removed from our service due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• Identification of the specific content that was removed and its location before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the United States, of any judicial district in which Reflexsat IPTV may be found.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant files a court action.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Reflexsat IPTV has adopted a policy of terminating accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our service for any user who infringes the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is a repeat offense.

7. Good Faith & Abuse

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not submit a DMCA notice if you are not certain that the content infringes your copyright. Abuse of the DMCA process may result in legal consequences.
