By purchasing a subscription, accessing, or using Reflexsat IPTV, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Reflexsat IPTV provides access to a streaming platform offering live channels, video-on-demand (VOD), and series content. Our service is delivered via internet protocol and requires a compatible device and a stable internet connection.

• Access to 25,000+ live channels and 100,000+ on-demand titles.
• Compatible with Smart TVs, Android, iOS, Firestick, MAG, and more.
• Service is provided on a subscription basis — monthly, quarterly, or annual plans.
• 24/7 technical support via WhatsApp, Telegram, and Email.

3. Account & Credentials

Upon purchase, you will receive login credentials (username and password) for your personal use only. You agree to:

• Keep your credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Use the service on a maximum of 1 device simultaneously per subscription (unless a multi-connection plan was purchased).
• Notify us immediately if you believe your credentials have been compromised.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Reflexsat IPTV solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing access to our service.
• Sharing your login credentials publicly or commercially.
• Using the service in a way that disrupts, damages, or overloads our servers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract any part of our platform.
• Using the service to access, store, or distribute illegal content.

5. Subscription & Billing

All subscriptions are billed in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the subscription amount.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• You must cancel your subscription before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice of at least 7 days.
• All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment details.

6. Refunds & Cancellation

Our refund policy is governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy. In summary:

• A 7-day money-back guarantee is offered on first-time subscriptions.
• Refunds are not granted after 7 days or in cases of Terms of Service violations.
• Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Reflexsat IPTV shall not be liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues.
• Content unavailability due to licensing changes or third-party providers.
• Issues caused by your internet service provider, device, or local network.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available through Reflexsat IPTV is provided for personal viewing only. You acknowledge that:

• You do not own any rights to the content streamed through our service.
• Recording, capturing, or reproducing any content is strictly prohibited.
• The Reflexsat IPTV brand, logo, and website are protected intellectual property.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reflexsat IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms of Service.
• Engage in fraudulent activity or chargebacks.
• Share or resell your credentials.

Upon termination, your access to the service will be immediately revoked and no refund will be issued.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or failing that, through binding arbitration.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
