Connect your MAG Box to your TV via HDMI and to the internet via Ethernet or Wi-Fi.

Go to System Settings → Servers → Portals.

Enter your Portal URL (from your welcome email) in Portal 1 URL.

Save settings and Restart the MAG Box.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues & Quick Fixes

Having trouble? Here are the most common problems and how to solve them in seconds.

Channels are buffering or freezing

Check your internet speed — you need at least 25 Mbps for HD and 50 Mbps for 4K. Switch from Wi-Fi to a wired Ethernet connection for the most stable experience. Also try restarting your router.

Double-check that there are no extra spaces when copy-pasting your username, password, or server URL. Make sure you're using the Xtream Codes login method (not M3U URL). Contact support if the issue persists.

App crashes on Firestick

Clear the app's cache: Settings → Applications → Manage Installed Applications → IPTV Smarters Pro → Clear Cache. If it still crashes, uninstall and reinstall the latest version.

EPG (TV Guide) not loading

Inside your IPTV app, go to Settings and enable the EPG/Guide option. Select "Automatic" as the EPG source — your guide will refresh within a few minutes. Try Force Refresh if it still doesn't appear.

Some channels showing as offline

Individual channels may occasionally be offline for maintenance. Try refreshing the channel list inside your app. If a specific channel is consistently unavailable, contact our 24/7 support team for a quick fix.

No sound or black screen

Try switching the video player inside the app (most apps offer Player 1, Player 2, ExoPlayer options). For black screen issues, disable hardware acceleration in the app's video settings and try again.

Can I use Reflexsat IPTV on multiple devices at the same time?+

Yes, depending on your plan. A Single Device plan allows 1 simultaneous stream, Duo allows 2, and the Family Plan allows 5 or more. You can install the app on as many devices as you want — the limit only applies to simultaneous streams.

What is the difference between M3U and Xtream Codes?+

Xtream Codes uses a username and password to log in — it gives you access to live TV, VOD, and series all in one organized interface. M3U is a playlist file URL that loads channels but typically has less EPG and VOD integration. We recommend Xtream Codes for the best experience.

How do I install on Firestick without a computer?+

You can do everything directly on your Firestick. Enable "Apps from Unknown Sources" in Developer Options, install the Downloader app, and use it to download IPTV Smarters Pro APK. No computer is required at any point.

What internet connection do I need for 4K streaming?+
