Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
- The subscription has been fully used or activated for more than 7 days.
- The issue is caused by your own device, internet connection, or third-party software.
- You simply changed your mind after the service was delivered and working correctly.
- Refund requested for a renewal after the subscription auto-renewed (you must cancel before renewal).
- Account suspended due to Terms of Service violations.

Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method:
